The freshest specimens are chosen with skill and rigor, shelled and de-veined (removed of the intestine) by hand and delicately beaten in order to obtain a perfect disc. BLEND represents the contemporary interpretation of carpaccio. The perfect fusion of the red prawn with a strong and pronounced taste embellished with the sweet notes of the gobetto di nassa.

With the use of cutting-edge technologies, the heads of freshly caught red prawns are frozen at a temperature of -50°C and subsequently subjected to a sophisticated transformation process to extract a 100% pure product.

Without any doubt the Elixir was born from a very specific reason and that is that nothing of the red prawn is thrown away and especially the heads which are the most succulent part.

Ingredients

Sunflower seed oil, dehydrated red shrimp (aristaeomorpha foliacea – fished with trawl nets in the central Mediterranean Sea, Ionian Sea area – FAO 37.2.2 and its other divisions).

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at 0/+4° c. To be consumed preferably within 48 months from the production date. It can be kept at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources for 18 months. It can be frozen for a short period without undergoing alterations. Do not expose to sunlight.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of production

Instructions for use

Extremely versatile 100% natural food. Perfect for any type of culinary preparation. ideal for pasta, risotto, gourmet pizza, appetizers. Worth experimenting for fine pastry making. Shake and let it oxygenate for one minute before use.
